Slowly but surely, the comments are trickling in. Some from old faithfuls, some others from new unknowns. Its quite interssting to see this, because till now I have not put in any mailers out. The wonders that Google can do!

I met one icon of the Indian telecom landscape today. A man with a career spanning 50 years. Very interesting guy. Took him to Hangzhou and made a day trip of it.

Top it off with a nice long conversation with Dorita in the evening. Somehow, I can’t seem to stop smiling when I talk to her!!

Ah, Dorita, Dorita! Its amazing how one can find friends in the unlikeliest of places. I just got this amazing software – Camfrog. Best $49.95 I ever spent. Its this amazing webcam system with chatrooms, where EVERYone has a webcam and audio. Its a lot of fun to go into a chatroom and hear people yakking away in Mandarin, cantonese, thai, Tagalog, english, spanish and so many other languages! if you dont have it, get it now!

OK, coming back to Dorita (or Dorit). Shes 43, married and has a son all of 22. She has a smile that lights up a room, a mind that makes conversations a joy to behold. All the way from Minandao in Philippines. It isnt often that one meets a woman who has beauty and the brains to match! Love ya, Dorit!

Well,got a probable win. Great way to kick off the sales activities. Hopefully it will come through.

The only let down is a flight that’s 2 hours late. Way too late, for a flight time of 1 hr and 30 mins. Anyways, thats life. Hope that I can finish the things soon. Too much left over from earlier in the week.

Today is a sad day for me. I just attended the funeral of one of the team members. A young, strapping, good looking guy, just jumped off the top of a building. What a waste.

It was tough to even see the whole funeral. A single child, with parents in the dusks of their lives. One wonders how they will manage. Somehow, there is nothing more tragic than seeing a father drive down the nails on the coffin of his only son. A meaningless suicide!

Had a lovely time on this weekend. Just hung around, relaxed and got the juices flowing for the future!
