New deals and new ideas
Well, have been working on a lot of new deals. Lets see if they materialise. Success comes to me begrudgingly, due to some odd reason. Hopefully if some of these deals work out, we may be able to consolidate our business here.
I am getting new ideas for what should be done here. New ideas do bring in new responsibilities, so my workload is also going up. Getting lesser and lesser time for myself. Maybe it will improve as time goes on.
I need a successor here. Its essential that we develop the local workforce. Leadership does not come naturally to people here, so we need to get it working.
